Why a Branded LinkedIn QR Code Matters
Most QR codes are ugly black-and-white squares people forget instantly. A branded QR — with LinkedIn-blue styling, a center logo, your own color palette, and a custom caption — turns a utility into a marketing asset. Print it on event badges, business cards, slides, packaging, invoices, or your website footer. Anyone with a phone camera scans it and lands on your profile in under a second — and the visual consistency makes your brand feel more polished than the next person handing out the same plain square.
How It Works
Three steps. About 30 seconds. No design skills needed.
Pick a LinkedIn URL Type
Choose Profile, Company page, Post, or a custom URL. Type just your handle (or paste a full link) — we'll build the proper LinkedIn URL automatically.
Make It Yours
Pick a preset or custom colors, drop in the LinkedIn logo (or upload your own), and add a caption like "Scan to connect." Tweak advanced options if you want a specific size, margin, or error-correction level.
Download & Share
Hit Download for a print-ready PNG, a scalable SVG, or a one-page PDF. Or copy the image straight to your clipboard. Drop it into your deck, badge, or business card.
Why Use This QR Code Generator?
Built specifically for how QR codes look on LinkedIn, mobile, and printed media.
LinkedIn URL Auto-Builder
Paste a username, a slug, or a full LinkedIn URL — we normalize it into the correct deep link so scanners land on the right profile, company page, or post.
6 Color Presets + Custom Picker
Tap a preset (LinkedIn blue, midnight black, neon green on dark, etc.) or pick any custom foreground and background color using the color picker.
Center Logo — Built-in or Custom
Drop the official LinkedIn logo right into the middle of the code, upload your brand mark, or skip the logo entirely. The QR auto-bumps to high error correction so it still scans.
Export as PNG, SVG, or PDF
Download in three formats: PNG for slides and decks, SVG for crisp print at any size, or PDF ready to drop into a one-pager.
Live Error-Correction Preview
See your character count, error-correction level (L/M/Q/H), and exact pixel size update in real time as you tweak settings — so you know what you're exporting.
One-Click Copy to Clipboard
Copy the rendered QR straight to your clipboard as an image, then paste it into Slack, Notion, email, or any doc that supports images.
Who Should Use a LinkedIn QR Code?
Anyone who meets, hires, sells, or networks on LinkedIn — these are the most common use cases.
Networking Events & Conferences
Print your QR on badges, table cards, or stickers. Every conversation becomes a one-tap connection instead of a "send me a request later."
Business Cards & Sales Collateral
Add the QR to your card so prospects can connect on LinkedIn without typing your name — and add a captioned branded QR to deck slides for after-call follow-ups.
Resumes, Portfolios & Bios
Drop a branded QR into your resume header, portfolio PDF, or personal site "About" section. Recruiters can land on your full profile in one scan.
Marketing Materials & Product Packaging
Add a "Connect with the founder on LinkedIn" QR to thank-you cards, packaging inserts, invoices, and receipts — turning every shipped order into a potential connection.
Tips for Designing a QR That Actually Gets Scanned
Six practical rules to make your QR both pretty and reliably scannable on the first try.
Use High Error Correction
If you put any image in the center, your QR needs error-correction level "H" (~30% recovery). Without it, the logo can break the code and phones won't scan.
Leave a Quiet Zone
Keep at least 2-4 modules of empty space around the QR — that's the white margin. It's what tells scanners "this is one code, not part of the design."
Stick to Brand-Safe Colors
Foreground-to-background contrast is what makes the code scannable. Black/white is most reliable; navy-on-white or white-on-LinkedIn-blue also work — but never light gray on white.
Export at Print-Ready Size
For print, use the 1024×1024 PNG or the SVG export. Phone cameras need at least 1 cm of QR per side to reliably scan from a distance.
Add a Caption for Context
Phrases like "Scan to connect" or "Scan to view this post" tell scanners what to expect — and dramatically increase the scan-through rate vs. a code with no label.
Test Before You Print
Use the "Test & Open" link in the preview to confirm your QR actually opens the right LinkedIn page on your own phone before printing 500 cards.
